What you see is what you get. This modern house is very awesome. Nice interiors and furnitures, beautiful kitchen, clean bathrooms, relaxing bedrooms. Equipped with everything you need.. from kitchen utensils, towels, videoke , etc. Very beautiful inside and out..
Aside from the house, the owner Maam Yolly and her care takers are very friendly and accommodating too. We had some very minor damages with their stuff but Maam Yolly gave me a hug in return and congratulated us for our wedding. The price that you'll pay for is more than worth it.. This house is highly recommended..

My family and I stayed at Primavera Guesthouse Tagaytay from Dec. 30 to Jan. 1, 2018 and we really had a great stay. The place was so nice and properly kept, very relaxing with a cool breeze, perfect, modern, brand new guesthouse with complete facilities, super clean rooms (with own cr each 4 rooms, tv and aircon), big and spacious kitchen (with complete kitchen utensils), dining area, living room, music room and the kids had fun in the play area. The owner, Ms. Violy and the two caretakers were so kind and very accommodating. This guesthouse is highly recommended.

Primavera Guesthouse is we can say a perfect guesthouse to spend your staycation with. Everything in it was convenient for guest and will surely feel very comfortable. The interiors were classy yet so elegant. It is a full package: interiors, house designs (very detailed) each four rooms have a split type ac, tv plus, very classy toilet, and a flat screen tv. Plus it has netflix and cable connection on the big flat screen tv in the living room. On the third level of the house is where you can have the intimate family bonding because of the videoke and like an entertainment area. It has surround speakers and even a playplace for kids. It also has a counter top sink and toilet on the third level. You and your family will surely feel relax and would not want to go out for a tour in Tagaytay. Just a staycation in this guesthouse will make you feel that your Tagaytay experience is really worth it. It was lovely and had an enjoyable amazing staycation experience. Special thanks to Mam Violy the owner of the house for allowing us to be there and for being so accomodating and kind. To Ate Wilma for attending all our needs and questions as well. I highly recommend this and will surely go back. God bless and more power.
